Olita
Dubanevica came to England two years ago when Latvia joined the European
Union. This opened the door for all Eastern European people wishing
to work and study abroad. I had no problems with travelling but, to
be sure, I had to be careful to choose the right employment agency in
Latvia. But I was very lucky and able to take a big step in my future.
Since I came to England I have never regretted any minute I have spent
here. During the first month I built strong and trustful relationships
with my English employers who helped me with anything they could. I
paid them back with a hardworking, positive attitude, providing good
customer service, building great relationships with customers and an
opportunity to put my basic English knowledge into practice.
I had the opportunity to study, to work in more prestigious positions
and places, learn about English culture, people, to travel and set up
my own business to help others prosper as I have done. During these
4 years I kept moving, seeking more and more contacts and experience.
I have now set up my own company to help others come and work without
any risk, recognising that three years ago I could have been involved
with an illegitimate agency and have had a bad experience. The key factor
is that I went through every day step by step myself and would not want
people like me who dream about a great life in England to have to rely
on agencies who have not been through it directly themselves. Few of
them realise how much help, support and understanding all Candidates
need.
Knowing these
needs and having a positive attitude I provide help in finding staff
across Latvia with skills that match the job requirements of English
employers. This gives you the chance to provide high standards of customer
service and benefit from fantastic opportunities to live and work abroad,
developing the skills and experience whilst meeting new people and visiting
new places.
Why not bring
people to England who are happy to work hard and to work for employers
who reward hardworking staff?
