What if the workers are not suitable for my company?
One Route makes the best effort to provide workers that match your criteria. However, if the workers are not suitable then the Client has to terminate the employment and inform One Route during first 3 weeks.

How long will the workers come to the UK?
It will depend on each Client and the particular contract, but we would recommend at least 3 months as a minimum period for all the benefits to be appreciated by both Client and employee.

How soon can the workers start work?
From the moment you fill out the Job Offer we will start to look for someone who is suitable for you with the right skills, experience and speaking English. This usually takes between 1 and 2 weeks.

Do I need to provide accommodation?
Yes. Where accommodation is provided by the employer, it makes the recruitment process faster and easier for Candidates to arrive and start work. It helps candidates in the formalities of registering with the British authorities and removes many of the uncertainties of working in a foreign country.

How much should I pay to Latvian workers?
By British law, you should pay the same rate as you would pay a British person doing the same type of job, depending on their experience and skills.

Can I employ staff for a very short period (for 1-3 months)?
This should not be a problem for most Applicants, but greater benefits will be gained over a longer period.

Will the workers need a work permit or Visa?
Since 1 May, 2004, Latvia is a member of the European Union and a Work Permit or Visa is not required for Latvian workers in the UK.

How can I interview my potential employees?
It is preferable for interviews to be by phone, but if you prefer to meet our candidates face-to-face we can organise interviews in Latvia. We would be happy to arrange interviews and meetings with a selection of Candidates in this way but the Client will be responsible for all of their own expenses (e.g. accommodation, air tickets, food, etc.)

What type of workers are available in One Route?
We offer a very different type of workers and every day we get more and more people willing to come abroad. At the moment we can offer staff for hospitality industry, warehouses, farms and factories, but we can also find you suitable staff on request.

Fees?
Our fees are very compertetive, but all will be dependant on job requirements and English level.
