Care assistants
What we
provide:
- Mobile Recruiters
will travel to Latvia and other EU Countries to provide a short presentation
and interview all candidates.
- Offer letters
within 1 week of interview.
- Full payment
of candidates flights.
- Five day training
course, for which we will pay the candidate to attend – The
candidates, will pay nothing!!
- First weeks accommodation
in a hotel to include breakfast, lunch and evening meals free of charge
for each candidate.
- Locating accommodation
in preparation for the end of the training course.
What we
require from the candidates:
- We only require
female personal care assistants, which is covered by sections 7 2(b)
and 7 2(ba) of the Sex Discrimination Act 1975.
- Drivers are preferred,
but not essential.
- Flexibility to
work in any location of the UK.
- Flexibility to
work hourly (fulltime – 5 days out of seven to inc. days, nights,
evenings and weekends on a rota basis – overtime often necessary)
or Live-in (working for up to 2 weeks on, 1 week off).
- Full training
is provided, but candidates must be willing to learn.

Warehouse Operatives - Order pickers:
What we
provide:
- Update training
- Uniform(boots,
vis vest, gloves and fleeces)
- Accommodation
What we
require from the candidates:
- Picking items
into cages ensuring you pick the right product into the right cage
for the right store. Also ensuring no damage to the product .To follow
instuctions given by managers.
- 100% Accuracy
and 100% Pick rate is expected. Although for new staff lower rates
down to 80% is exceptable but only for the the first few shifts.
- Candidates must
be able to read, speak and understand spoken English to adequate standard.
